George Ripley

President

George Ripley is the President of Vaca Sports 4 Kids. As a former athlete, George has a deep passion for athletics and has continued to stay connected to sports in the community while coaching football for Vacaville High School and Woodland Christian High School. George addressed the need for our community to have greater access to sports in 2015 by launching an additional sports program open to the community and all of Solano County.

Sean Peters

Get to Know Sean

Sean Peters is the Vice President of Vaca Sports 4 Kids. Sean and his wife Carly have lived in Vacaville for 15 years. Their greatest joy has been raising three children, two daughters and one son, all of whom have been passionate about sports. Sean is currently the lead pastor at Crossroads Christian Church, located in Vacaville, California.

Alex Cabillo

Football Coach Manager

Alex Cabillo is the League Commissioner and Coach Manager for Flag Football of Vaca Sports 4 Kids. Alex has over eight years of experience with our Flag Football program, including coaching his own two sons and daughter in Flag Football and Soccer. Alex is an experienced athlete and coach with deep community roots in Vacaville and Solano County. Alex and his wife Drea are passionate about mentoring local youth with a focus on rich character development.

Brian Douglas

Soccer Coach Manager

Brian Douglas is the Soccer Coach Manager of Vaca Sports 4 Kids. Brian is a very seasoned and experienced coach. He and his wife Mia are both passionate about mentoring students. Brian has coached soccer and flag football with our sports program since 2017. In 2021, Brian began coaching our coaches to help produce the best coaching experience possible for participants.

Bill Hicks

League Administrator

Get to Know Bill

Bill Hicks is the League Administrator of Vaca Sports 4 Kids. Bill is a successful local business owner of BPX Printing & Graphics with three branches located in Sacramento, Benicia, and Richmond. He loves all sports, and if there is a ball involved (golf, racquetball, pickleball, softball, etc.) he excels at it. Bill and his wife Julie were born and raised in the Vacaville/Napa area with deep ties to the communities.

Jim Morrow

Director of Facilities

Get to Know Jim

Jim Morrow is the Director of Facilities of Vaca Sports 4 Kids and is responsible for the new multi-sport field construction. He is in his tenth year as the Facility Director at Woodland Christian School. During his tenure at Woodland Christian, he has directly managed the construction and maintenance of sports fields.

We develop leaders, leaving a legacy of champions.
