Vaca Sports 4 Kids offers youth sports for the children of Solano County. Vaca Sports 4 Kids partners with Upward Sports, a program that takes the “develop the whole child” approach, while developing future athletes and leaders.

Youth Sports with PURPOSE

Vaca Sports 4 Kids offers youth sports for the children of Solano County, ages 3 to 18 years. Vaca Sports 4 Kids allows all participants to experience on-the-field playtime regardless of skill.

What We Do

Through Vaca Sports for Kids, children receive peer-to-peer mentoring, physical training, and character development to help them discover and embrace their full potential as future leaders.

Our Approach

Our youth sports program approach is to develop and nurture the whole child: mind, body, spirit, and character. We also provide an opportunity for teens and college-age students to coach and mentor their younger peers.

Every child deserves the opportunity to be a part of a team.

Vaca Sports 4 Kids offers every child in Solano County the opportunity to play youth sports and be an active team member. Our affordable program allows boys and girls, ages 3 years to 18 years, to participate in Soccer, Flag Football, and Cheer. Our future program will offer Basketball and Volleyball.

Flag Football Program

Vaca Sports 4 Kids Upward Sports Flag Football program serves children from age 5 years up through 12th grade. Participants meet once per week for practice and Saturday morning is Game Day! All age-eligible children and students in the Solano County area are invited to participate. The season normally begins in August and runs through October. Registration opens each June for the fall season.

Cheer Program

Vaca Sports 4 Kids Upward Sports Cheer program serves girls from ages 4 years to 12 years. Participants meet once per week for practice and Saturday morning is Game Day! All age-eligible children and students in the Solano County area are invited to participate. The season normally begins in August and runs through October. Registration opens each June for the fall season.

Soccer Program

Vaca Sports 4 Kids Upward Sports Soccer program services children from age 3 years up through 8th grade. Participants meet once per week for practice, with Saturday as Game Day! All age-eligible children and students in the Solano County area are invited to participate. The season normally begins in February and runs through May.

Our program philosophy is a full 360 training- meaning we focus on more than just athletic skills. We provide mentoring, positive leadership, and practical life lessons incorporating faith. Building a healthy mindset and practical, sport-specific skills and fundamentals are essential for well-rounded athletes.

Character is important on and off the field. Our program helps children establish a positive foundation to conduct themselves with integrity in every area of life.

Developing Social Skills

Sports offer children a unique experience to develop social skills, learn to collaborate, work in unity, and develop natural leaders.

Vaca Sports 4 Kids provides a safe, encouraging environment where every child desiring to play sports has an unhindered opportunity. Through Vaca Sports for Kids, children receive peer-to-peer mentoring, physical training, and character development to help them discover and embrace their full potential as future leaders. Vaca Sports 4 Kids provides scholarships for underprivileged children, offering them the opportunity to participate in sports they may not otherwise have had the means to do.
